HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

To create a new account:

Visit  Account Registration Page.

Complete all required fields.

Read & acknowledge  User Agreement / Disclaimer

Log-In

If you already have created an account but don’t remember your password, you can go to the  Log-In page and request a password reset.

HOW TO REPORT A CRIME

Log-In

Click on the Report A Crime link.  You’ll be directed to a Crime Report form. Complete with all pertinent details known/available.

Photos/Videos: You’ll the option to upload photos and/or a video.

After completing Crime report, review all content to ensure accuracy.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO A CRIME YOU REPORTED

Log-In

Click Profile

Click on your user name on the left-hand side.  Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the crime you wish to edit and chose Edit.

HOW TO CONTRIBUTE INFO ON EXISTING CRIME REPORTS BY FELLOW COUCHDETECTIVES

If you have additional information regarding already-reported crimes, you can add follow-up clues:

Log-In 

Click VIEW CRIMES from Menu & SEARCH for crime/incident. Click on the crime.

Choose the Comments tab & add your additional details
